The O’More Show House is coming up in April and we are SO excited!  We’re showcasing 3 of its rooms today, the designers who’ll be designing them and a hint or two about what you might see!

Let’s talk about THE LIVING ROOM:

When we think of a living room, we think of a more formal space.  Oftentimes this is the first room one will visit when entering a home. The living room must make a statement and set the tone for the rest of the house. The O’More Show House’s living room will be anything but boring and who better to put their mark on it than O’More graduates Deb Tallent and Mark Simmons (from the class of 1984) from Mark Simmons Interiors!

With over 26 years in the business, Mark and Deb know a thing or two about the design world. We love their timeless interiors and acute attention to detail.  Take a look at some of the rooms this design firm has cultivated over the years:

We can’t wait to see what this dream duo has up their sleeves for the living room!

Let’s talk about THE KITCHEN:

A kitchen needs practicality and durability. Lots of cabinet space and quality equipment are essential. And most of all, you must love the look because along with the cooking, most entertaining ends up taking place in the kitchen!  Who’s taken on this challenge? Why none other than O’More graduate Vicki Edwards (class of 1982) from Kitchen and Bath Images.

Owner of the local kitchen and bath design business, Kitchen & Bath Images, Vicki has been designing  for over 20 years.  With her knowledge on cabinetry, countertops and everything in between for this room–it seems like a slam dunk to have Vicki in charge for this area of the home!  Check out these knock-outs her firm has created:

Curious about what look Vicki will infuse in this kitchen? Come on out in April to see!

Let’s talk about BEDROOM SUITE#1:

Bedrooms can get stale if you’re not careful. You want each to have a personality and be able to stand on their own.  Scarlett Scales-Tingas (class of 2004) from Scarlett Scales Antiques  is putting her skills to the test on this first bedroom.

Owner of this Franklin, TN based antique store, Scarlett is known for her unique collections and finds.  We thought a peek into her store may give us an idea of what to expect in this bedroom decor:

And we like what we see!  We’ll be very excited to see how she translates her style into this bedroom.

Well we hope you’ve enjoyed meeting some of the O’More Show House designers!

Stay tuned in the next few weeks as we introduce you to more designers behind this amazing project.
